Exceeding Expectations
A lovely place for families to sit while waiting for their children. Thanks to Carballo family!
Hello NACS Family,
Today is the first day of spring! Happy spring everyone. While the students enjoyed some time off, here at the school we have been busy making NACS a better place for the students to learn. During drop-off on Monday morning, you will notice some dirt piled up by the parking lot. That’s because we are planting a garden. Mrs. Ariel Hernandez Moore, who is extremely gifted in this area volunteered to plant and run a vegetable garden. God has been showing up and showing out to make this a doable yet affordable project for us.
Middle school students! Your lockers are here and they have been installed. This is one item the students have been asking me about for months. We praise God that we were finally able to make this a reality for them. No more books on the floor! To God be the glory!
Last but certainly not least, the Carballo’s did it again. This time they created a place for families to sit and rest while waiting for children to get out of tutoring, or for whatever other reason there may be. Thank you Carballo family!
Do you buy items from Amazon? Did you know that if you shop Amazon Smile proceeds from your purchase could be used to help NACS financially? Give it a try. Just go to Amazon Smile and follow the prompts. It’s that easy.
Speaking of smiles, Picture Day will be Thursday March 24th. Have your children dress in full school uniform on that day. They may bring their PE outfit to change into if needed.
Please keep us in prayer this week, as we begin our Spring Week of Prayer.
Weekly Scripture
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
(Isaiah 55:8-9)
