Now, on to March...

Hello NACS Family,
February was a short month, but a full month. The middle school students had an adventurous time at Camp Kulaqua. The kids climbed the wall of faith, walked through a swamp, rode horses, visited Judah the lion, and that's just to name a few. We are so very thankful for Pastor Rick New who was willing to go on this adventure with us. This trip proved to be a character-forming event for the students, as some of them stretched themselves in areas where fear once crippled them. God willing, we will make this an annual event for our middle school students, so that no one misses out on this tremendous experience.
Our second event also went well. Thank you, Mrs. O’Riordan for organizing our I Love You Breakfast this year. I would also like to thank all of the parents who volunteered their time to make this event a success!
Now, on to March.
We are starting March off with Spirit Week/Read Across America. This is the time of year when we emphasize the importance of reading by allowing students to dress as their favorite book characters. Our "Week of Prayer" is also scheduled for March. Yours truly will more than likely present the message for the week. Finally, since we have had to give up some of our holidays due to hurricane make-up days, we are looking forward to Spring Break, which will take place from March 17 to March 21.
Enjoy our pics from the past month:
